Uraume has white hair that falls to their chin, with a dark plum pink line running across the back of their head. Their eyes are dark pink with long eyelashes. They typically wear a simple monk robe that’s dark blue on the outside and white on the inside. Uraume’s appearance is neither clearly male nor female, and they usually have a neutral expression when not fighting.

Uraume’s irritation with Kenjaku is evident in several instances, where they openly express their annoyance and urge him to depart. They often criticize him for being too verbose. Moreover, Uraume’s loyalty to Sukuna is unwavering, and they react strongly to any disrespect towards him. This can escalate to hostility, as seen when they attempted to attack Satoru Gojo after he insulted Sukuna. Such actions demonstrate Uraume’s readiness to act recklessly in defense of their allegiance to Sukuna.
